A Trader's Development

We had an interesting exchange in the trading room on Friday, discussing a trader's development, things to focus on, typical mistakes etc. This kind of discussions breaks out now and then amidst all the market chatter and particular calls. It presents invaluable opportunity to review one's path and make necessary corrections, mostly because, unlike generic books and articles, this kind of discussions is usually triggered by particular question, thus becoming very relevant and personalized.
